Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred) plus 3+ years of direct client-facing customer service experience required (hospitality, restaurant, bank branch strongly encouraged to apply)
- Must obtain obtain Series 7 and Series 63 SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) licenses within 120 days of hire (Chase will cover licensing and education course fees)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely, with a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
