Job Highlights
- Create an efficient production schedule to optimize inventory, operating cost, and timely delivery of product to the customer
- Hire, manage performance, and implement training plans for the plant management team

Candidate Profile
- College degree required; Engineering program preferred
- Strong leadership and data analysis skills; ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Continuous Improvement experience (Lean or Six Sigma) preferred
- Comfortable working in both a manufacturing and office team environment
