Job Highlights

Candidate Profile

  • Associate degree required
  • At least two years of customer service experience required
  • Previous financial industry and heavy volume service environment experience preferred
  • Ability to learn quickly — especially Morningstar's software to be able to communicate with and assist clients with technical issues
