Job Highlights
- Be accountable for delivering best in class customer service via the telephone and electronic channels
- Enjoys working a fast paced, goal driven, multi-media call center, cross-functionally with other teams to maximize effectiveness
- Coordinate an assist in resolving deposit, loan, treasury management and other line-of-business related issues in response to customer inquiries and escalate to the appropriate operational department contact for resolution.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years directly related experience in Call Center Customer Service with dispute experience, Banking Customer Service Experience preferred.
- Advance computer skills REQUIRED
