Job Highlights

  • Be accountable for delivering best in class customer service via the telephone and electronic channels
  • Enjoys working a fast paced, goal driven, multi-media call center
  • Comfortable with working cross-functionally with other teams to maximize effectiveness
  • Likes to support the customer experience across multiple lines of business

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or GED required
  • Call center customer service experience in the banking or financial services industry (at least 3 years) strongly preferred
  • Dispute experience preferred
  • Advanced computer skills required
