Job Highlights
- Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
- Receive payment from the customer and process change
- Ability to understand and process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Candidate Profile
- Must have at least six months of experience working in a retail or food service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service conflict resolution experience required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time required
