Job Highlights

Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment
- Healthcare administration experience strongly preferred (call center, education, and/or insurance)
- Steady tenure required (2+ years in previous roles)
