Job Highlights
- Able to complete multiple janitorial tasks daily
- Physically able to take care of tasks that require heavy lifting and physical labor, such as snow removal
- Able to take care of light maintenance tasks (changing locks, fixing minor plumbing, changing lights and fixtures)
Candidate Profile
- High School diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred
- 6 months of cleaning experience
- Experience with cleaned a larger facility (apartment, retail, hospital)
