Job Highlights
- Responsible for managing the staff and the front end of the store
- Responsible for driving customer service, assest protection, sales and profit, and store operations
- Provides training, mentoring, coaching, and support to team members
- Supports the store manager with store operations and responsible for all store activities in the absence of the store manager
Candidate Profile
- At least 6 months of military experience
- Bachelor's degree OR diploma/GED and two years of experience in a supervisory position
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours
- Leadership abilities including professionalism, strong communication skills, and strong business acumen
