Job Highlights
- Use standard screens, scripts, and procedures to handle routine customer inquiries via phone, via telephone, digital or chat channels with effective communication and problems solving skills.
- Bring empathy to customer inquiries about reward redemptions, customer information updates, card activations, making payments, processing lost or stolen cards, statement and APR inquires
- Navigate a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions
- Process credit line increase and decrease requests
Candidate Profile
- Live in or near Chatham on Chicago's South Side
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask as needed to get the job done
- At least one year of experience in customer service preferred
