Job Highlights

  • Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment
  • Perform work area clean up and safety-related duties
  • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs
  • Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred
  • Must have at least one year of experience in apartment maintenance
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, as use of a personal vehicle may be required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on an on-call basis as necessary required
